Why this exists
Nonprofits keep moving when commercial organizations would have stopped. After a disaster, in conflict zones, during outages — the work continues. And that work runs on identity now: clinical systems, donor databases, refugee case files, finance pipelines, all behind a single Okta or Auth0 tenant.
When that tenant breaks — ransomware, a misconfigured admin, a fat-fingered policy push — the org grinds to a halt. The enterprise answer is a six-figure DR contract. Nonprofits don't have that.
So we're doing it differently. Verified 501(c)(3)s pay 25% of the standard rate. Same product, same features, same compliance coverage. No throttled feature set, no "starter" tier. Just the math we wish more vendors would do.

How does verification work?
Submit the application below with your EIN. We check it against GuideStar / Candid, usually same business day. Once verified, we email a Stripe coupon code you apply at checkout.
What if we already have a paid Butterfly subscription?
Apply anyway. Once verified we'll apply the discount to your existing subscription on the next billing cycle.
Does the 75% off ever expire?
No. It's your rate for as long as you stay a verified 501(c)(3) and an active subscriber.
Do you work with non-US nonprofits?
Yes, case-by-case. Mention your registration body (UK Charity Commission, Australian ACNC, etc.) in the application notes.
Is this affiliated with Okta for Good?
We're a separate company. Butterfly Security is listed in the Okta Integration Network and runs this nonprofit program independently. Happy to coordinate with Okta for Good partners.
