We have a direct line to Okta's technology-partner BD team for escalation, joint-customer issues, and roadmap conversations. If a mutual customer needs us to coordinate with Okta, we can.

Working toward the Activate tier
The Activate tier requires both a Published SSO integration and a Published LCM (Lifecycle Management / SCIM provisioning) integration in the OIN catalog. Here's where Butterfly stands today:
- SSO / SCIM integration documentation — live at /docs/oin/SSO-SCIM.
- LCM provisioning — in progress. SCIM endpoints are implemented; the OIN Published LCM submission is the remaining step.
